Alyse did a great job of explaining the process and describing how the body works and reacts to different stresses and therapies. Therapeutic and educational.

The therapy was somewhere between massage and chiropractic for me and definitely had its benefits. I'm on my feet a lot and had a nerve/muscle on the top of my foot that got aggravated easily. It's been bothering me for 7-8 months. After the third session, my foot had its best WEEK in months. I have more ailments than just a foot and I particularly like when she walks on my back. She can feel where I have issues with her FEET! Combine that with some stretching, breathing exercises, her knowledge of muscle fascia and i've found some treatment that does something a bit different for me and has been very beneficial. I also sleep like a log after one of her sessions.

Alyse is an amazing and beautiful person with a real Gift to heal

I work as a ranch hand, and have had quite a bit of back and shoulder pain that I was just dealing with. Alyse expertly found my problem areas and with just a couple sessions I felt drastic improvement. I was also taught clearly and concisely what to do to maintain that improvement. I was surprised by how many extra problem areas I was carrying around without even realizing. The physical relief has been incredible. Thanks to her work I’m building strength and healing injuries (many of which I was unaware of). Highly recommend her for anyone who is in chronic pain.
